I asked my loved ones to tell them their brightest memories of growing up in the village, and they became the basis for a photobook: a white lake, roasted, foxes with potatoes, waking up at dawn, Grandma’s specials, fruit ice from a bar, smell of strawberries pine and fields, picking strawberries from a garden, riding on a bike, singing crickets in grass, sky stitched with stars, old bath.
